Suggest Remedy For Over Stimulated Clitoris

Hi I am a 39 year old women. I am suffering from a very over stimulated clitoris. It is not fun, but very painful. The only relieve I get is when I sleep. It is possible I could be pregnant, however I did have what I would call a light period. I took a pregnany test right around the time of my period and it was negative. So I was like, ok, not pregnant. But i am having some wierd things happen. Face is breaking out, nose is congested, but above all my clitoris is really painful. Why is this happening?
