Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain firstly I would like to tell you that you are getting an allergic reaction to any of the painkiller medicine and it is most commonly seen in case of Narcotic painkillers like Hydrocodone or Tramadol and for this you need to consult your dentist or emergency room and discuss abut your problem and get the medicine changed..
You can take Ketorol DT every 6 hourly for pain relief in place of tramadol or hydrocodone..
Keep your legs raised while lying down as it will help in mobilization of fluid and reduce swelling..

Other thing is that you should also get the Zinc oxide Eugenol dressing placed in the extraction socket by the dentist which has to be changed every alternate day as it has sedative action as well as help in healing..

Hope this information helps..
