Suggest Remedy For Pain And Bruises On Arm Post An Injury

Hi, my name is Kristin! Im sorry to bother you but i am in deep need of an answer. I have injured my arm aproximately 3 days ago and it is deeply painful. I injured it by accidently hitting it on the counter when i turned around really fast. The first day it was a 2 or 3 pain rating on a scale of 1-10. the day after that, it hurt around 4-5 on a scale of 1-10. Today it is starting to bruise a little and starting to swell up. Rating... Probuably 7-8. The pain is making me nausious. (HELP FAST!!) :(
