Suggest Remedy For Pain And Bruising In Wrist Ad Fingers

I fell 3 days ago and my wrist took all my weight. I have a 4x1" bruise above and below my wrist under my thumb but I am able to use my hand. My fingers are beginning to have some pain but nothing terrible. I had a little swelling but nothing major. Should I just let time do its thing
