Suggest Remedy For Pain And Bumps In Vagina

Hi, just this past tuesday i got got a pain in the upper left side of the vagina and it hurts everytime i move. I also noticed some bumps (pimple like) down there. Not necessarily on vagina but they are painful. Any idea how to treat it or what exactly it is?
