Suggest Remedy For Pain And Clicking In Jaw

hello, i have been suffering with a clicking jaw for a few years but over the last few days the pain has got greater i have take many pain killers such as : paracetamol, tramadol, diclofenic etc... i have also tried a heat pad but still am in a lot of pain?
