Suggest Remedy For Pain And Clicking In Knee

Hi, I have pain in my right knee and have been advised to use Kondroflex, However, the pain or rather the clicking in my knee does come on and off. What else should I do to avoid the clicking in my knee? Please note that previously I used to jump skip and climb a lot of stairs as part of a exercise regime. I now do just swimming. Please advise
