Suggest Remedy For Pain And Discoloration On The Penis

Hello. I am a 19 year old male. I have a problem thats been around for some time. Near the opening of my penis hole on the bottom tip its starting to look black and there is this pain that i feel in that lil area its constant. When im erect it becomes less black but still. Should i be worried? I have had sex multiple times with a few diffrent women i have been safe each and everytime. Please any information would be helpful. Thank you
