Suggest Remedy For Pain And Discomfort Under Right Bottom Rib

Hello Doctor,My name is Munaaf aged 26.I experience mild pain and discomfort under my right bottom rib.I underwent endoscopy,LFT and ultrasound but found only small stomach erosion and volume of acid inside.Went for medicine but pain just doesn't go away though its mild and doenst stop me working .I am afraid I have some gall blader issue or spmething related as I get lot of belching and some times stomach cramps.I donot have fever and donot vomit.SometimeS i feel pain going through my back and rarely breathlessness..I feel gassy, tired and not concentrating sometimes..Please help..
