Suggest Remedy For Pain And Lump In Leg After Injury

3 days ago, I slipped while playing basketball and scraped up my knee. yesterday I was experiencing hot and cold chills, and my whole body felt like it was wore out. I also noticed a lump under the skin on my inside upper left leg. Today I am not experiencing the hot and cold chills, nor the full body worn out. but my left thigh is hurting, and that lump has grown in size, and the scrape is noticibly red around the outside
