Suggest Remedy For Pain And Numbness Around Shoulder Blade, Chest And Collar Bone

Hi I m 49 yr old female, I have a lot of back problems, in last few months I ve had some pain n numbness around shoulder blade n it also hurts in my collar bones n sides of neck, now I hurt in center of my chest when I move my arms or stretch, I also use cell phone to text n have bad posture, which seems to make it worse
