Suggest Remedy For Pain And Numbness In Neck, Shoulder And Back

I have neck and shoulder pain. Also, I have pain in the middle to lower back. I can feel and hear something popping in my neck and also in my lower back. I have pain that radiates to my buttocks and the back of my leg. also, in the middle of the night, one or both of my arms go completely asleep. This has been going on for weeks.

I really appreciate your concern, this is musculoskeletal condition fibromyalgia is very likely condition can be tried with any NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drug ) and best option would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg once in day try to come out of the stress condition, hope this information helps, take care
