Hello,

You are suggested to take NSAIDs, one stat after food for relief of pain. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12 and food rich in it. Get your muscle strength and reflexes checked. Also, get X-ray, CT, MRI, EMG done. Also get examined by a neurologist. Get Nerve biopsy and Nerve conduction velocity tests done. You will be treated with medicines(anti-inflammatory, corticosteroids, etc.) Physical therapy, steroid injections and surgery. Cold compression and stretching exercises are helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
