Suggest Remedy For Pain And Popping In Knee

hi, ive been feeling a popping feeling i guess you could call it on my right knee for the past week or two it really bothers me and ti happens everytime i straighten then bend my leg. It recently started to hurt a little after a while of popping what should i do? pls help
