Suggest Remedy For Pain And Soreness In Penis

Hello,I have been having sex often. With my girlfriend, and there has been little to no lubrication. I started chafing and getting red at the base of my penis, and it wasn t sore or bothering me at first. Having done this for a few days it has since peeled the skin off the base and is now very sore. There isn t any discharge but it does sting to touch. I haven t had any signs of STDs prior to this. Any recommendation to treat this?

Hi,

if you are sure it's not STD. Then you need more foreplay with your partner for enough lubrication or you can use KY gel before sex. Fungal infection can give dryness. Share a picture for confirmation.
