General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

She should undergo imaging studies, USG, 3D CT to find out the cause. A surgeon must be consulted. Pain medicines he will prescribe. If she is already on it for few years, try online optimising energy course of art of living exclusively for pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
