Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling Due To Cut In Penis

dear doctor...while intercource with my wife 3 nights ago.. the condom bursted and I hurt my penis...my penis has a cut and is swollen....I went to a neurologist who prescribed only a paracetamol for my severe pain and cream t- bact....it has not helped me as I am still under severe pain and swelling. ..please suggest me some medicine to get rid of this severe pain......

It may be due to cut injury.

For that you can apply neosporin powder over it locally.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid sexual act till complete recovery.
