Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In Chin Due To Injury

had a very minor car accident and hit my mouth/chin on steering wheel. Bite a hole in my tongue and busted lip however my chin has gotten extremely swollen and hurts. Tongue hurts but healing but worried about my chin. 1 week now since accident. Should I go to a doctor?
