Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
What is your age? Do u have hypertension? Any history of trauma? any heart problem? Any liver problem?
The important thing in your history is swelling which need to be adresssed. In my opinion you need to be examined by the Physcian so that you can be assessed properly.... Is this swelling on both feet? Are your both knees swelled? Have you done xRay of your knee joints?
In my opinion you should meet orthopedic surgeon again so that definitive diagnosis can be made..
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain....
