Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In Right Collar Bone Area

i have just had an x ray which shows a growth of some kind on my right collar bone. I have been in pain now for over a year and it has gradually got worse and more swollen. I cannot carry shopping anymore as this makes the pain unbearable. What could this be.
