Welcome to health care magic.
1.The first possible cause could be inflammation of the testis giving above symptoms with swelling, next possible cause could be collection of the fluid and lastly inguinal
hernia.
2.It needs to be examined and needs an
ultrasound scan of
scrotum.
3.Ultrasound will help in evaluating the testicular parenchyma - presence of any inflammatory changes, blood supply,
epididymis, chorus and vessels status.
4.In this case if any lesion also one can get complete description of the lesion.
5.Finally in case of inflammation a course of antibiotics will help.
6.Fluid collection, hernia,mass lesion,
abscess would need operative treatment. Good luck.
