Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In The Knees

Hi, for over 2 months now, my left leg from the knee down has been so cold even when I'm very hot everywhere else. Two weeks ago my knees have pain and swelling. I've been taking 2 4mg motrin up until 4 days ago now taking Aleve. Aleve has taken the swelling down some and less pain but it's not going away. Hope you can help, thanks.
