Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling On Knee After Picking Up Weight
I lift an amputee whos is dead weight and i picked him up to put him in his wheelchair and when i did i felt my left side calf by my knee hurt.. a pain ran acrosd my knee down the side. It is swollen n three different places n bruised as well as indentions on the side.

Hi,
You must have suffered muscle fiber tear or a ligament tear over the area. You can take some analgesics like paracetamol available over the counter and wait for the injury to heal. If the condition doesn't become better then you can get an MRI done for your knee to know the injury.
