Suggest Remedy For Pain And Throat Irritation

Dear Doctor, I am 18 years old - female. I have been facing a throat problem since a few years now. I have to clear my throat after every 5 minutes or so. I can t consume any sort of cold beverage, ice cream, etc. since I immediately get throat irritation and pains. My voice too is very soft and the constant throat clearing is beginning to interfere with my everyday activities. I have never had any serious illnesses. Would be highly obliged if I get some diagnosis/medical advice.Thanking you, Priyanka Kanwar
