Suggest Remedy For Pain Around Ankle And Lump On Tibia

I fell on my knee's about two weeks ago, I went to the ER the day after my fall because i had alot of pain around my ankle. I had xrays done and confirmed nothing was broken. But it has been 2 weeks and i do not feel better, now i have lump on my tibia and i hear this cracking sound when i try to walk. Should i make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor?
