Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Fractures

i had minor fracture in my left elbow 15 days ago,and due do my busy schdule i had no time for plaster, i had to leave for industrial training for project ,and the pain was also tolerable that time......now my hand seems ok ,but there is little pain..what should i do now...?please give some guideline
