Suggest Remedy For Pain Due To Fusion Of Ligaments

Hi, i am a serviceman. I met with a small accident during the rainy season, my scooter hit a pot hole on the road and i lost my control. I got hurt on my right arm and shoulder. This was totally an internal injury. No fractures. But after the xray report, i came to know about two of my ligaments has joined together leading to a very high pain.
