Suggest Remedy For Pain From The Right Knee To The Foot

Hello. I am a female 21 yoa and 121lb. I work 12 hour shifts sitting at a computer and using a foot pedal to talk at my job. I have been experience knee pain in my right leg. The pain seems to lessen if I walk around, but hurts more when I take weight off that leg. The pain radiates from the top of my knee to my foot. I have been experience this for about a year now. I also have a habit of locking my knees when I stand.
