Suggest Remedy For Pain In Abdomen And Vagina

hi, good morning, i have being having this belly pain for about 3 weeks now it is a cramp and it feels like when u are about to have your period. and also i have this sharp stabbing pain in my womb/vagina. it is very painfull and sometimes i feel like im gonna vomit. i have a c section a year ago and a hernia mesh repair 9 months ago. can u help me please. thanks Sameka Jamaica W.I.
