Suggest Remedy For Pain In Abdomen Spreading Towards Rib Cage

I had a stomach start at the bottom of my stomach, then I ate some lunch and it started to hurt even worse and then the pain moved up to my diaphragm area. After school, I went out with my friend for food and the pain got way worse and moved up to my lungs and rib cage.

Hi,

It may be due to costochondritis or acid reflux.

As a first line of management, you can take analgesics like Tramadol and antacids like Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms are severe you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
