I cannot lift my am, extend it outwards barely move it w/o sever pain it is a very tight pain underarm towards chest , some numbness , shortness of breath and anxiety. feels like my whole left shoulder/blade is pushed in towards front. could this possibly be a small heart attack? although last night I did buff out a chair but not for long period of time. what do you think? NEVER MIND DIDNT RELIAZE I HAS TO PAY SORRYY
It may be due to cardiac pathology. For further assessment you may require electrocardiogram, 2 D echo after cardiologist consultation. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. You may require angiography after consultation.
Keep your self hydrated. Watch for symptoms sweating, dizziness than you may require urgent medical care.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
