Suggest Remedy For Pain In Back Radiating To Right Leg And Toe

I am having lower back pain which radiates down my right leg into my big toe. It is worse at night when I have my legs stretched out, also top of my left foot is swollen and does not go away after being elevated. Have burning and pain in the right arch of my foot.

I understand your query.
The pain n back radiating to your toe, having burning in the arch of your right foot seems to be due to lumber spinal problem.-which leads pressure on femoral nerve, Tibial nerve compression give signs of right foot arch.
please get your x ray of lumber spine done to get exact cause - ( lumber spondelitis, slipped disc, sciatica,)
Treatment is mainly by relieving pain by anti inflammatory drugs/ cortisones & physio therapy./ surgery to relieve the compression is needed in some cases.
