Suggest Remedy For Pain In Ears

My right ear really started to hurt yesterday, only when I swallowed, but when i woke up this morning, my ear hurts all the time, especially when I swallow. The right side of my throat is also starting to hurt when I swallow. I ve had strep a lot and I does not feel like the same symptoms I usually get because this pain is mostly in my ears, not my throat. What could this be?

Hello,

Place the ice pack or warm compress over the ear and alternate between warm and cold after 10 minutes. Also use an antiseptic spray for throat. If pain persist consult with ENT. You may need antibiotics.
