Hello and welcome to HCM,
The fall has led to injury to soft tissues of the arm.
Soft tissue injury includes muscle injury like sprain, strain etc.
There is little possibility of fracture because fracture causes severe pain and inability to move the affected limb.
However, a X-ray will be required to assess the bones and surrounding soft tissues to look for any kind of fracture.
Soft tissue injuries are managed by hot fomentation, pain killers and muscle relaxants.
In some cases immobilization may also be required.
Thus, I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for further work up.

Thanks and take care
