Suggest Remedy For Pain In Fingers

Left leg three fingers from little finger onwards paining. sometimes this pain moves to thigh chest arm. sometimes pain in walking. for the last 2-3 years. done a full heart check up last year. everything normal. I am housewife age 52. on the left leg just below the knee backside a small spider veins are there. what may be the cause.thank you.
