Suggest Remedy For Pain In Foot Causing Inability To Walk Due To Overweight

Hi This is vikram, age of 27 years. I am not able to walk properly , i am sever pain in my foot. My uric acid level is 6 , the max to be 7. Our family physician says it is not uric acid but ur weight. i am over weight, i am really frustrated as I am finding it really tough to walk , should i consult a ortho and which one in indore, >? Plz Help.Also wanted to let u know i have been taking treatment for depresssion for last seven years, due to some personal problems.
