Suggest Remedy For Pain In Groin With Difficulty In Walking

severe pain in groin (top of both legs round to lower buttocks) can barely walk. Not able to exert any force eg. difficulty in getting to standing position, raising leg etc. No particular moment of injury although suffering from a broken toe at the moment!
