Suggest Remedy For Pain In Gums

It's not happening right now, but every once in a while the gums behind my bottom molars hurts and has a rougher texture than usual (almost as if they were scraped, but nothing had happened to them). I have not had my wisdom teeth removed, but they've never come through (I'm 19)
