Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a 2 year old injury to my left wrist from a fall on my outstretched hand. Diagnosis was Partial tears of the volar extrinsic, volar radioulnar ligaments with dorsal sublexation of the ulna and a 5 mm chronic cortical cyst on the scaphoid. Treatment was splinting for 4 weeks then casting for 6 weeks.I picked up a bag and my wrist made a popping noise and back to square one again. Pain on the palm side below the thumb with a small lump and unable to bend my wrist up as it sends shooting pains up my forearm.
