Suggest Remedy For Pain In Head With Dizziness And Lightheadedness

Hi, I have had severe stabbing pains in my head, dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, stiffness in my neck and my hip bones hurt when I lay on my side and cause discomfort. This has all occurred during a weeks period and is ongoing. I was seem at a walk in centre and the doctor expressed her concern for the colour of my skin and eyes. She suspected it was haemoglobin and advised I has bloods done urgently and someone around mentor safety. However she failed to refer me for the necessary bloods as I was not registered. What would you advise? My symptoms seem to be worsening and I'm slightly concerned to be honest
