Suggest Remedy For Pain In Heels And Tendon Pain

I have awful pain in tendon behind heel. It comes on suddenly without warning. It feels as if someone is stabbing me in that area. It can happen at any time- at night in bed, during, physical activity, driving, etc. My skin is also very itchy. The tendon pain and itchy skin began about 8 days ago. My insurance won t be effective until mid September. I am 41, female, average weight, and in good shape. I play tennis throughout the year except during the winter (I snow ski). I d appreciate any input! Thanks, Laura

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain of leg area (Heel) could be due to muscular spasm, itching symptom could be due to hypersensitivity and not because of muscular spasm, and this can be managed with, antihistamine and best drug would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day, for the heel pain "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day, try to maintain good posture and gate too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
