Suggest Remedy For Pain In Hip After Physiotherapy

Yesterday I got a Cortisone injection into my right hip and a few hours later went to physical therapy. About an hour after the therapy my hip was throbbing in pain and wasn't able to put pressure on my right leg without it hurting a lot. I wasn't sure if this was normal or what I should do. I have taken some Ibuprofen but it hasn't seemed to help at all.
