Suggest Remedy For Pain In Hip And Abdomen Prior To Onset Of Menstruation

I am married and my age is 37, i went an ectopic pregnancy at the age of 26 and a sciscerian operation on delivering a girl baby at the age of 31. Usually i used to get stomach and leg pain during my periods, but nowa days. I start getting the pain even before a weem. Am i nearing menopause stage. Please reply and what is the remedy for the hip and stomach pain during these days.
