Suggest Remedy For Pain In Joints Of Finger

HI THIS IS ANITHA.. actually past one year i was using mobile that number panel is very hard to use i will be using message continuously 24 hours i will be messaging in my mobile, but one year i didnt get any pain, but now a days i getting heavy pain while using mobile, my thumb finger near that bone joint i getting pain even i cant able to shake or function my finger both hands what i have to do is there any solution for this , please kindly help to solve this problem ...
