Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knee After A Fall And Hit On Knee Cap
about 5 or 6 months ago I tripped over a step and fell and hit the top of my knee cap with all my weight on it. It was nearly impossible to move the rest of the day. It's still very painful. I can't kneel on it at all, and when I bend or twist it, it still hurts. Should I see a doctor?
