Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knee Due To Effusion Of Joints

Hi, I am a 31 year old female with a history of knee pain for about one year. It all started with a popping sound which was followed by pain and now I have episodes of on and off pain and immobility due to pain. I managed to get an xray which shows effusion in the joint. But cant get an MRI for now.. can you suggest anything
