Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knuckles Due To Injury

about a month ago i hit a brick wall with full force two or three times with my right hand (yeah it was dumb but i was angry) that day they were really swollen and hardly could move them but today i can move them but whenever i tap my knuckles or put any pressure on them it hurts, anything advice on what to do?
