Suggest Remedy For Pain In Left Side Of The Ribcage

I feel pain on my left side from the bottom of ribs down to my ovaries. I had a c-section a year ago, before that never had this problem. It has been increasing in discomfort and pain the entire year and now I'm at the point where I just cannot take it anymore. I am 25, 5'8", and 220 lbs.
