Suggest Remedy For Pain In Legs And Joints During Menopause

Hi, I had balloon ablasion 8 months ago due to very heavy periods. At same time I lost my brother 46 to cancer and have been greiving and depressed. My periods never started again. Im 46. I was feeling so unwell and lost I went to my doctor. Blood tests revealed that was at the far end of menopause as I have so low estrogen count .Knew I was having menopause with having mega flushes and the rest, but the thing I cant handle is the pain in my legs and joints. I have hip dysplasia and am unable to take anti inflamatories internally as i have an intolerance. Please could you suggest something to help me through this stage of my life.
