Suggest Remedy For Pain In Legs

My son had the flu. Came down with it 4 days ago. Seems like he is over it. No fever at all today. Late this afternoon he is complaining that his legs hurt if he doesn't walk on his tiptoes. Seems that his calf muscles are tight. Advil and a hot soak didn't seem to do a lot.
